By using truecrafthc.com (the "Site") or engaging True Craft Home Care for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or our services.
True Craft Home Care is a design-build home renovation and home care company located at 3112 Kensboro Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505. These Terms apply to the Site and to the estimate and project-inquiry process; a signed project agreement governs the terms of any actual renovation work.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
Estimates provided through the Site or by phone are preliminary and subject to change following an in-person or virtual assessment of the project. A final, binding scope and price are set out in a written project agreement.
All renovation work is governed by a separate, signed project agreement that sets out scope, price, and schedule. Changes to the scope after signing are documented in writing as change orders, with any cost or schedule impact agreed before the change is carried out.
True Craft Home Care maintains applicable contractor licensing, bonding, and insurance required to perform renovation work in Michigan. License and insurance details are available on request.
The Site's text, design, graphics, and logo are the property of True Craft Home Care or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
If you submit photos, reviews, or testimonials to us, you grant True Craft Home Care a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that content in our marketing, including on the Site and in social media, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
Our text messaging program is governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your phone number to third parties. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or get help by replying HELP.
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as review platforms or financing partners) that we don't control. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing on the Site is a substitute for a written project agreement, which governs the terms of any actual construction work, including any applicable workmanship warranty.
To the extent permitted by law, True Craft Home Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in this section limits liability for construction work performed under a signed project agreement, which is governed by that agreement and applicable law.
You agree to indemnify True Craft Home Care against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan, unless your signed project agreement specifies a different process.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
